Move your career into new Territory Administrative Officer 6, Remuneration Package Range $108,338 – $120,921 Tourism NT Ongoing vacancy in Alice Springs or Darwin Tourism NT’s role is to increase the desirability of the Northern Territory as a travel destination, inspiring more people to visit, stay longer and spend more in tourism dollars. We develop short and long‑term marketing, advertising and technology programs and strategies to support the NT’s Tourism Industry Strategy 2030, which sets out the vision to grow overnight holiday visitor expenditure in the Northern Territory to between $1.46 billion and $1.79 billion by 2030. Reporting to the Digital Experiences Manager and based in Darwin or Alice Springs, the Digital Optimisations Executive will use data, experimentation and technology to ensure Tourism NT’s digital channels, including website and email, are optimised to deliver a best‑in‑class digital experience whilst delivering against the organisations’ business objectives. To be successful in this role you will be able to use digital experience marketing platforms, such as analytics, personalisation and marketing automation, in order to improve digital user experience and performance on Tourism NT’s digital channels including website and email. You will use your expertise in data and user‑experience to be able to provide recommendations for design, A/B testing, lead capture, personalisation, content development and conversion rate optimisation. You will support the Digital Projects executive to roll out a refreshed email marketing strategy and website experience, including data capture points to fuel Tourism NT’s first‑party data strategy. You will also have the technical skills to be able to oversee and manage tag management systems, ensuring activity and events are being tracked correctly. Overall, you have a strong customer‑centric mindset and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data‑driven decisions.
