Project Manager - Telco 12-Month Contract | Up to $1,100/day | Melbourne CBD (Hybrid) About the Organisation Talenza is partnering with a leading telco organisation undergoing significant transformation across its technology and customer platforms. About the Role This is a critical delivery role leading end-to-end project execution across complex telco initiatives. You'll work within a fast-paced, cross-functional team, partnering with technology, product, engineering, network, and commercial stakeholders to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to strategic goals.You'll bring structure, pace, and clarity to a large-scale program of work. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of medium-large scale telco projects Build project schedules, RAID logs, and delivery plans across multiple workstreams Lead cross-functional teams across technology, networks, product, and operations Manage internal and external vendors, ensuring strong scope, cost, and risk control Run high-quality reporting, governance, and steering committee updates Drive effective communication and expectation-setting with senior stakeholders Ensure alignment to business outcomes and regulatory/telco standards Navigate a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and dependencies Key Selection Criteria Strong Project Manager with proven experience delivering in large telco environments Demonstrated success delivering infrastructure, network, or digital telco projects Expertise working in hybrid/agile delivery environments Excellent stakeholder management and vendor-engagement experience High level of commercial and financial acumen in project delivery Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, fast-moving programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
