Du får en vigtig rolle i at sikre fremdrift i projekterne ved at udarbejde klare planer, holde styr på tidsplaner og koordinere effektivt med alle interessenter. Stillingen er en oplagt mulighed for dig, der er i starten af din projektlederkarriere og trives med praktisk arbejde i planlægningsværktøjer og data. Udarbejde og vedligeholde projektplaner, tidslinjer og Gantt-diagrammer Følge op på projekter gennem statusrapportering og dokumentation Arbejde med Excel og planlægningsværktøjer (fx Smartsheet) til at overvåge fremdrift, risici og leverancer Assistere projektledere med koordinering af opgaver på tværs af interne teams og kunder Bidrage til løbende forbedring af processer og skabeloner Vi Forventer, at Du: Taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk Behersker Excel på højt niveau Har kendskab til planlægningsværktøjer som Smartsheet (eller lignende) Kan starte hurtigst muligt Har erfaring fra universitets- eller uddannelsessektoren Har arbejdet med IT-løsninger til offentlige kunder Kender til Power BI eller andre BI-/datavisualiseringsværktøjer Om Dig Du er en alsidig problemløser, der let kan skifte mellem planlægning, dataopgaver og koordinering.
