The Role This position offers strong exposure to full project lifecycle of high-end Class 2 residential projects within a developer builder context, with emphasis in the delivery phases of the project life cycle (CC, Construction and OC), providing an excellent platform for career progression towards a more senior position withinthe business. Main Responsibilities Review project documents to understand requirements (consents, approvals, client docs, drawings, reports, specs, consultant info). Assist Senior Project Development Manager with daily project tasks. Manage stakeholder communications (internal/external). Support consultant and subcontractor procurement. What You’ll Bring to the Team 5years’ experience as a CA, Junior PM, Project Coordinator or a similar role, preferably from a builder’s background End to end class 2 project preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore A keen eye for detail and the ability to multi tasks What the Role Meant for You Clear career advancement: Full exposure to the project with opportunity to go into the Project Manager role.
