The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to build and lead your own Class Actions and Funded Litigation practice within a well-resourced, supportive firm platform. We're looking for an established senior lawyer who is ready to take the next step in their career and shape and grow their own practice within a modern, collaborative, and well-supported firm platform. Key Responsibilities Build a complex, large-scale class actions across a range of industries including financial services, consumer law, environmental law, and corporate misconduct. Work closely with litigation funders to secure and manage funding arrangements. Drive strategy, litigation planning, and case execution across multiple jurisdictions. Manage and grow key client, funder, and stakeholder relationships. Contribute to firm-wide leadership, business development, and innovation. Experience required : At least 10 years' post-admission experience, with a strong background in class actions, litigation funding, or complex commercial litigation. Demonstrated success leading large-scale litigation or group proceedings. A commercial mindset and ability to build strong relationships with funders, clients, and co-counsel. Outstanding communication, leadership, and team-building skills. A genuine interest in access to justice and public interest litigation.
