We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concreter to join our team at Concrete Society in Perth, WA. As a Concreter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the construction and maintenance of concrete structures. This role is ideal for enthusiastic and flexible individuals who have a strong willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks while contributing to exciting projects. This is a casual position but with an average of full‑time hours and the potential of becoming a permanent role. Duties include Preparing and pouring concrete foundations, slabs, and other concrete structures. Preparing and placing exposed aggregate along with washing and sealing. Finishing concrete surfaces to meet project specifications and industry standards. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the concrete pouring process. Collaborating with the broader construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Adhering to all health and safety regulations. What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience as a Concreter with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality concrete work. Preferred experience with decorative finishes (exposed, honed, polished). Excellent attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Dedication to safety and a commitment to following all relevant regulations and procedures. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients. Access to reliable transport and must hold a current C class driver's licence (MR or HR licence preferred).
