About The Role We are looking for Speech Pathologists to provide life‑changing speech pathology to NDIS participants, supporting adolescents and young adults aged 10‑24 as they navigate life with a disability through to early adulthood. Responsibilities Work in diverse settings: homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, community centres. Utilise evidence‑based measurement tools to create therapy plans and provide life‑changing speech pathology. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals. Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends). Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub to share stories of impact. Tap into the knowledge and support of the Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor. Who We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology. Registered with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). Positive and flexible approach to work. Strong communication skills and a team player. Commitment to personal and professional development. Valid driver’s licence. NDIS Workers Screening Check.
