About Bright FACES Bright FACES is a purpose-driven paediatric clinic located in Melton, VIC. We support neurodiverse children and their families through evidence-based, compassionate care. Our warm, multidisciplinary team includes Psychologists and Occupational Therapists. We’re now looking for a Speech Pathologist who is ready to make a meaningful difference while building a lasting and satisfying career. What we offer $100,000–$120,000 salary, commensurate with experience, plus 12% superannuation Up to 10 weeks paid leave annually, including 4 weeks annual leave and up to 6 additional weeks (2 weeks during each of Term 1–3 school holidays) Monday to Friday roster, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (no weekends or after-hours work) Full administrative support for scheduling, billing, and client enquiries A friendly multidisciplinary team including Psychology and Occupational Therapy Laptop and iPad provided CPD funding and regular supervision sessions (internal/external) with ongoing scheduled support Leadership and mentoring opportunities as the speech team expands A purpose-built, child-friendly clinic designed to support both client outcomes and clinician wellbeing About the role You will deliver evidence-based speech pathology services to neurodiverse children and their families, in a supportive clinical setting. You will have autonomy over your caseload with regular peer support and integrated collaboration with OTs and Psychologists. Key responsibilities include: Conducting assessments and delivering individualised therapy Working with children with Autism, ADHD, and developmental language delay Coaching and educating parents to support carryover at home Running small group programs (e.g., school readiness, social communication) Collaborating closely with allied health colleagues for integrated care Participating in team meetings, reflective practice, and supervision Providing mentoring or support to early-career team members (optional) About you You’re a reflective, compassionate clinician who enjoys working in a team while managing your own caseload with confidence.
