About the role Burwood Nissan, GWM & XPENG are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our vibrant team. As a sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality Nissan, GWM & XPENG vehicles. This is a full-time position based in our Burwood, Victoria showroom. What you’ll be doing Providing a warm, welcoming, and informative experience for all customers that visit our showroom Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and matching them with the perfect Nissan, GWM & XPENG vehicle Conducting test drives and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles Negotiating sale prices and finalising transactions in a professional and ethical manner Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities Participating in sales training and development programs to continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales skills Supporting the broader sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets What we’re looking for Proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities A keen interest in and understanding of the automotive industry and the Nissan or GWM brand A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team What we offer Ongoing training and development opportunities Attractive commission structure and bonus incentives Discounts on Nissan & GWM vehicles and service Opportunities for career advancement within the Nissan network A supportive and collaborative team environment About us Burwood Nissan, GWM & XPENG is a leading automotive dealership in the heart of Burwood, Victoria.
