Description Right at Home Sydney Norwest is seeking qualified, reliable, and passionate Personal Care Workers to join our team in Hills district and surrounding areas. Ideal candidates are friendly, positive, and committed to making a difference. Demonstrating client-focused behavior, empathy, dignity, and respect is essential. We value natural relationship builders who are honest, helpful, and dependable. We offer casual roles with the potential for permanent part-time employment for suitable candidates. We pay for travel time and kilometers traveled between clients This role reports to the care coordinator at Right at Home Sydney Norwest. Responsibilities include: Providing person-centered, enabling care respecting clients’ rights and needs; Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic tasks; Supporting clients with errands, companionship, and social activities; Preparing food, feeding, and administering medications; Monitoring and reporting changes in health and wellbeing; Responding to emergencies; and Working weekend and overnight shifts as scheduled.
