This role focuses on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail, ensuring permits, protocols, and daily tasks are completed accurately while delivering excellent results. What you’ll do Facilitate hand mowing, brush cutting, hedging, weeding and herbicide spraying. Actively contribute as a positive and engaged member of the Business Enterprise team. What you’ll bring Relevant qualifications or experience in grounds maintenance. Strong attention to detail and pride in your work. Team‑oriented with solid interpersonal and organisational skills. A hardworking, reliable, and punctual attitude. AQF3 Chemical Accreditation (or willingness to obtain). You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.
