What You’ll Do: Project Coordination : Lead the coordination of in-house architectural shop drawings with our overseas modelling team, managing the process from start to finish on assigned projects. Technical Support : Provide technical expertise to project teams as required. Standard Development : Support the development of Kapitol’s Standard Details. Quality Assurance : Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with design standards. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with trade partners delivering LOD 400 models. Revit Expertise : Open and check models for accuracy, ensuring precision in all deliverables. Who You Are: Experienced Professional : Architect or senior Revit technician with 10–15 years of experience and a portfolio of large, complex projects. Multi-Project Manager : Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Construction Knowledge : Strong understanding of construction processes with the ability to identify design issues early. Tech-Savvy : Proficient in Revit, ACC/BIM360, and other advanced tools. Collaborative Team Player : Exceptional soft skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
