What You’ll Do Project Coordination: Lead the coordination of in‑house architectural shop drawings with our overseas modelling team, managing the process from start to finish on assigned projects. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to project teams as required. Standard Development: Support the development of Kapitol’s Standard Details. Quality Assurance: Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with design standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with trade partners delivering LOD 400 models. Revit Expertise: Open and check models for accuracy, ensuring precision in all deliverables. Who You Are Experienced Professional: Architect or senior Revit technician with 10–15 years of experience and a portfolio of large, complex projects. Multi‑Project Manager: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes with the ability to identify design issues early. Tech‑Savvy: Proficient in Revit, ACC/BIM360, and other advanced tools. Collaborative Team Player: Exceptional soft skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
