Stock Coordinator (Architectural products) We are currently seeking an experienced Stock Coordinator to join our Warehouse Operations team. This newly created position plays a key role in ensuring accurate stock control, efficient procurement processes, and seamless coordination across our supply chain. The role also includes monitoring stock movements, conducting reconciliations, managing imports and deliveries, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and communication between teams. Key responsibilities Managing stock levels and purchasing to meet operational and customer needs Coordinating local and international orders, including import and delivery schedules Overseeing stocktaking, reconciliations and Sage data accuracy Supporting operational processes including credits, returns and sample orders Maintaining compliance with Chain of Custody and OHS requirements Reporting and analysis of stock to top management Liaising with suppliers, pressers and customer service to ensure timely delivery This is a permanent full-time opportunity working 5 days in our architecturally designed office in Springvale with onsite parking available. Due to the high interaction and collaboration required within and across the teams, this position is based 5 days onsite and is available for an immediate start. About you You are organised, analytical and have a strong understanding of stock control processes. You take pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency across inventory systems and enjoy problem-solving to keep operations running smoothly. You’re proactive, collaborative and bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do. Requirements Experience in stock control, purchasing or supply chain coordination Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and identify discrepancies Experience using ERP systems (preferably Sage) Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication and collaborative approach What We Offer Training and development opportunities, generous remuneration package and other benefits.
