Sales Representative (Inbound leads) - Full Time We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Buying Team at 1800 Auto Group. In this role, you’ll work with warm, inbound leads from customers wanting to sell their vehicles. No cold calling or automotive industry experience required. This sales representative role offers a base salary with untapped commission potential About the role In this role, you will: Respond promptly to customer web leads, messages and inbound phone enquiries Use your sales and negotiation skills to convert warm leads into sales Track each lead from first contact through to payment using our in-house CRM Facilitate contracts of sale, manage logistics and coordinate customer payments Proactively solve problems to keep deals moving smoothly Work with a company-provided phone and laptop Who we're looking for Someone who is: Driven, consistent and self-motivated Tech-savvy and confident working with digital tools Great on the phone, with clear and friendly communication Comfortable in a commission-based role Will willing to do what it takes to win over customers and convert sales Sales experience is helpful, but not essential, if you’re motivated and ready to learn, we’ll give you full training Why join the team?
