We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Onboarding Specialist to support our clients get the most out of FlowLogic from day one. In this role, you’ll guide new customers through their onboarding journey - setting up their systems, walking them through key workflows, and helping them feel confident using our platform. You’ll play a key role in creating a seamless start-to-finish experience that drives engagement, builds trust, and sets the foundation for long-term success with FlowLogic. Your Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Onboarding Team Leader, you will: Deliver onboarding sessions that help customers configure their systems and get started confidently. Provide responsive, friendly, and helpful communication throughout the onboarding process. Understand each customer’s goals and tailor onboarding to suit their needs. Proactively resolve queries or issues, escalating when needed to ensure smooth delivery. Work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless handovers. Share insights and feedback to improve the onboarding experience for future customers. Keep onboarding documentation and records up to date. Follow internal processes and use systems confidently to track progress and performance. Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance onboarding workflows. Support the wider team with ideas, initiative, and collaboration. Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. customer service, support, or account coordination). Strong communication and problem-solving skills; you enjoy helping people succeed. Confidence using systems and learning new technology. A team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to process improvements. High integrity, accountability, and initiative; you take ownership and get things done. Bonus: based on or near the Sunshine Coast (preferred), but open to remote candidates across Australia.
