Find out more about our school by visiting or Schools Online. Role Summary HHS ESC is seeking a hardworking, creative Marketing and Communications Officer to join our friendly, supportive team. The officer will lead and manage the strategic communication of the school across multiple platforms, supporting the school’s goals and objectives as highlighted in our school plan. Responsibilities Lead and manage the strategic communication of the school across multiple platforms. Develop and implement school-wide marketing and communications plans. Manage communications across various channels including social media, newsletters, website and print publications. Create engaging marketing collateral and publications using design tools such as Canva. Organise and coordinate key school and community events to connect the school to the community. Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships. Identify local opportunities that benefit students and the school. Qualifications & Experience Experience in public relations, marketing, and communications. Ability to develop and implement communication plans. Strong organisational and project management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Passion for community connection and inclusive education. Demonstrated knowledge of content management systems and ability to manage and maintain information systems including websites and databases. Demonstrated initiative and sound organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Demonstrated sound communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers. Demonstrated sound research, conceptual, analytical, and problem solving skills, including the ability to think clearly and solve problems autonomously.
