This role offers you the chance to oversee and manage critical processes within the Bookings department, ensuring the accurate allocation of executed trades to client accounts across Australian and international securities, as well as exchange traded options. As a Senior Bookings Associate, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day functions of the Bookings department. Your responsibilities will centre around managing a diverse team whose expertise spans equities bookings, ETO bookings, and international securities transactions. Manage bookings for both Australian retail and institutional equities as well as international securities, including collateral lodgement and withdrawal for exchange traded options transactions. Ensure all securities trades are managed appropriately by identifying variances during daily control checks and investigating any discrepancies thoroughly. A keen eye for detail ensures every aspect of your work meets regulatory requirements without compromise. Your capacity for effective time management means you consistently deliver results even when faced with challenging deadlines.
