They also have monthly awards. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Foreman / Site Manager to join their passionate team. Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll lead on‑site operations and work closely with a dedicated Contracts Administrator (and a Leading Hand if it is a larger project). The first project they have in mind for you is a $14M aged care project, which they have already won; they're just waiting for the contract to be signed and will confirm the start date with the client. Your role will require you to be responsible for Oversee site establishment and ongoing site operations Drive program delivery and maintain strict adherence to project timelines Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders Confidently read, interpret and work from construction drawings Ensure effective implementation and compliance with all QSE standards Coordinate all design and construction activities across project phases Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and performance Maintain a solid understanding of construction phases, sequencing, and workflows Trade background is highly regarded The company uses Hammertech across their sites (training will be provided) Why work for this company?
