Part Time/ Possible Full Time – Monday to Friday 9:00 to 2:30 pm (flexible) at our office (this is not a work from home job) Are you a sales specialist? WE NEED YOU Alpha Screens & Glass are a well-regarded local company manufacturing and installing a range of products from security screens, shower screens, robe doors and renovation works with glass windows and doors. With a focus on service. We need your help to listen to customer needs and wants and guide and educate our customers on the benefits of our products and services. About the role Based in our Warana, you will manage all inbound enquiries. You are to engage customers to evaluate their requirements, and provide product recommendations. The core functions of the role include: Receiving inbound customer sales enquiries and providing proposals, product information, and support in response to inbound enquiries. Provide tailored customer proposals promoting the features and benefits of the company’s products and services. Monitor and manage potential losses and new opportunities. Skills and experience: You will be methodical and organised with an ability to prioritise tasks and manage functions between sales support, direct inbound sales and customer service, and lead generation. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years sales or customer service experience, with a friendly outgoing personality and have the following skills: 2 years telephone sales and/or customer service experience is essential. Basic Bookkeeping experience preferred. Reasonable computer literacy and organisational skills. MYOB experience preferred. Service M8 software experience an asset. Motivated team player willing to grow with the business. Enthusiastic personality. Someone who can not only talk the talk, but can walk the walk Previous exposure to related industries is desirable, however we are keen to hear from individuals that display an enthusiastic aptitude and willingness to learn.
