The Site Lake St Clair Campgrounds boasts unspoilt provincial camping, including 11 powered camp sites and 38 hectares of unpowered camp space. There is a concrete boat ramp (accessible at all water levels), electric and wood-fired barbecues as well as toilets and a shower block and camp kitchen. The position comes with an unfurnished 2 bedroom onsite residence. The Role We're currently recruiting an experienced individual or management team, who are highly customer focused, commercially minded to drive business development and equally passionate about guest and local community engagement, delivering exceptional visitor experiences. Managers must have a commercial mindset and a creative flare for community engagement. You must be hands on in regards to cleaning, housekeeping and grounds maintenance. Passionate about supporting Parks in protection of the environment and culture whilst providing a world class guest experience. The following will also be a requirement of the successful incumbent: Being accountable for all business operation and guest experience Be hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitude Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment Lead and supervise small teams Be accountable for the financial outcomes of the business Achievement of agreed KPI's A strong Australian based support office and local management teams support our park managers on all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT and HR so Park Managers can focus on delighting guests. Selection Criteria An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach. Proven experience in a similar role. Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills. Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes. Well-developed communication, organisation, administration and management skills. Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner. Availability to work across a seven-day roster which may include public holidays, weekends, early mornings and evenings.
