We have an incredible opportunity for you Due to internal promotions, we are looking for a Project Administrator to join our expanding team in Brisbane CBD. As a key support to our teams, you'll provide vital administrative assistance to our East Coast projects, spanning across Queensland. This is an exciting time to join the GRPS team as we continue to grow, with more projects on the horizon Key Responsibilities Invoice reconciliation Travel coordination for employees, including flights, car hire and accommodation Timesheet and roster management, entering timesheets and reviewing against roster data Quickly adapt to new systems such as Greentree, Maximo, Corporate Traveller, Compass, Fieldglass or similar Occasional site travel to experience projects up close Required Qualifications Previous Project Administration experience – Oil & Gas projects would be an advantage but not essential Experience with requisitions, invoicing and accounts payable enquiries (mandatory) Experience entering timesheets and or reviewing against roster data Strong communications skills, a can‑do attitude and a willingness to learn Strong understanding of the importance of safety within our industry Previous use of Greentree, Maximo, Corporate Traveller, Compass, Fieldglass, or similar systems is advantageous What We Offer Potential for career advancement and further development Full‑time permanent employment with the option of part‑time available for the right candidate Brisbane CBD office, close to all modes of public transport and on the river Monthly opportunities to attend team gatherings and annual team building activities Apply now and complete the screening questions, previous applicants are welcome to resubmit.
