Gardener – Join Our Growing Team at LHP+JOEL Landscaping & Irrigation At LHP+JOEL Landscaping & Irrigation, we take pride in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for commercial, residential, and rural clients across Perth. With a dedicated team of landscape professionals, we deliver complete irrigation and landscaping solutions tailored to our customers' needs. Your Role & Responsibilities As a Gardener, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our clients' gardens across Perth. You will work closely with small teams of experienced professionals to ensure newly built installations are kept in pristine condition while also assisting in the care of our other commercial and domestic gardens. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will provide regular updates on garden conditions and highlight any issues that may arise. Perform regular garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing. Ensure new landscape installations are well-maintained and flourish. Identify and report any garden issues, including pests, diseases, or irrigation faults. Work independently or within a team to achieve high-quality landscaping outcomes. Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely and effectively. Adhere to all workplace health and safety guidelines and ensure a safe work environment. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable, and enjoys working outdoors in all conditions. Horticultural or gardening experience (Essential) Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results (Essential) Punctuality and reliable time management skills (Essential) Good physical fitness for outdoor, full-time work across Perth (Essential) Clean manual driver’s license (Essential) White Card (Essential) Reticulation Knowledge (Preferred but not essential) Pesticide Spraying License (Preferred but not essential) What We Offer Full-time, stable position with an immediate start.
