Business Analyst – 3‑6 Month Contract Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia – Gymnastics NSW, part of NSW Health. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support the design, implementation and optimisation of our digital and database system. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and project managers to translate business needs into functional requirements and ensure our CRM solution delivers the organisational and sport requirements. Responsibilities Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and process reviews to elicit detailed business requirements. Analyse current business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements. Collaborate with the CRM vendor to implement CRM features and workflows. Ensure CRM configuration aligns with documented requirements and business objectives. Maintain documentation such as process maps, requirement specifications and solution design documents. Develop test plans, test cases and acceptance criteria for CRM enhancements. Conduct functional testing and coordinate UAT with business users. Support change management efforts including communication, training materials and documentation. Assist business users in adopting new CRM features and best practices. Provide post‑implementation support and troubleshoot CRM‑related issues. Work closely with project managers to support project planning, timelines and deliverables. Help track progress, risks, dependencies and KPIs. Ensure alignment between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Requirements Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field 2–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with CRM projects Strong understanding of CRM processes: sales, marketing, customer service and support workflows Proficiency with business analysis tools Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder‑management skills Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Desirable Criteria Understanding of the Australian sporting landscape including the federated model Experience with CRM configuration or administration Application Instructions Submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience.
