And this opportunity is even bigger: you’ll be leading the opening of our brand-new Bankstown restaurant, scheduled to launch in April 2026. As a Restaurant Manager opening a new GYG, you’ll be trusted to: Build, hire and shape your own team of 100+ people from the ground up , creating a strong culture before doors even open. Lead the full restaurant launch , from training and onboarding to operational readiness and building brand excitement in the local community. Own a multi-million dollar business unit , driving results, shaping guest experiences, and making decisions that truly matter.
