We’re looking for a talented Campaign Marketing Lead (Growth Marketing Lead equivalent) to join our collaborative Digital Marketing team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to business-critical projects and help shape the way we engage with students, partners, and clients across the education sector. Job Description About the role We’re looking for a high achiever who can bring fresh thinking, strong leadership and hands-on digital expertise to a high-performing team. This is a senior role within the Digital Marketing team that leads our campaigns function across B2C and B2B. You will be responsible for: Driving growth amongst our key audiences, building brand awareness and engagement through data-led campaigns that make an impact. The successful strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across email, SMS and broader brand activity that shapes how we show up across both B2C and B2B audiences. Leading and developing a small, talented team that executes paid media, social media, B2B Marketing and Reach campaigns. (Reach is a paid service that activates UAC data to deliver targeted campaigns on for institutions.) Driving the strategic vision for Reach, including product refinement, innovation, and alignment with UAC’s broader objectives. Leading the ongoing evolution and performance of all Reach services. About you You are a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at turning ideas or challenges into impactful campaigns. You will bring: Proven experience delivering growth through digital campaigns across EDM, SMS, and paid media, with the ability interpret data and optimise performance. A positive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for continuously striving to find creative approaches to challenges Strength in leading and mentoring a small team, setting clear priorities, lifting capability and creating a supportive, high-performance culture. The ability to thrive in an environment with competing priorities and can handle work in fast-paced environments.
