ACC Singleton (ACCS) is located in the beautiful Hunter Valley region of New South Wales offering programs from Prep to Year 12. The College has experienced considerable growth in student numbers and improvement in student learning results in recent years. During 2025 work will commence on a new 18 classroom building that will help accommodate the growth in student numbers from 420 to 600 students over the next 5 years. About the role We are seeking applications from qualified Secondary Visual Arts Teachers who are enthusiastic, have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to Christian schooling. Successful candidates will join a highly competent and supportive secondary teaching team. This full-time or part-time position will commence in Term 1 2026. Requirements About You Be able to display the capacity to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes. Be able to receive feedback on your teaching and implement changes. Be supportive of an explicit instruction approach to teaching, based in a knowledge-rich curriculum. Be able to effectively plan for, collect and analyse educational data, then devise appropriate strategies and interventions to improve student outcomes. Be able to demonstrate excellent teaching as described by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. Have an active Christian faith, suitable tertiary qualifications and NESA accreditation (or be eligible). Hold a current Employee Working with Children Check.
