Social Media Coordinator – Health, Fitness

Are you passionate about Health & fitness and sport? Love creating and planning social media content? This role lets you work across gyms, health clubs and sports performance-based sports centres helping them bring their brand to life through powerful content. If you've got social media experience, enjoy being on-site, and know how to film great video content, this is your opportunity to step into the heart of the fitness and sports industry. About the Role This is a hands‑on content planning + on‑site filming role working directly with clients across: Large health clubs Boutique fitness studios High‑performance sports facilities AFL, soccer, cricket, and youth athlete programs You’ll plan the content, capture the raw video, and brief our editors and designers to complete the production. Your responsibilities include: Planning monthly content calendars for gyms + sports facilities Attending on‑site shoots to film content with owners, clients and athletes Capturing short‑form videos, athlete sessions, walk‑throughs, reels, and interviews Filming, editors, and designers on deliverables Working directly with business owners, coaches, and athletes Spotting content opportunities, storytelling angles, and emerging trends Coordinating timelines and ensuring seamless delivery A car + licence are essential due to multiple on‑site visits across the Morning Peninsula and This is NOT a video editing or posting role. About You You love sport, fitness, and being around high‑energy environments. You’re confident with your phone or camera, know how to capture usable content, and understand how social media works, even if someone else handles the editing.
