Trainee Early Learning Educator

Penrith Christian School Early Learning Centre, registered for 80 students per day, operates from 6.30 am to 6.00 pm, 48 weeks per year. We are looking for a Trainee Early Learning Educator to complete Early Childhood Education and Care qualifications while gaining practical experience. Responsibilities Assist staff with the day‑to‑day running of the centre. Work full time Monday to Friday with flexible hours between 6.30 am and 6.00 pm. Working hours will be negotiated. Qualifications & Requirements Long day care hours (early or late shifts) available for 48 weeks per year. Current Working With Children Check approval number. Enthusiasm for learning and growing as an Early Learning Educator. Teamwork and highly motivated, reliable, flexible attitude. Active Christian faith and current church involvement. Minimum age 18 years (desirable). Benefits School pays course fees for the Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
