Reporting to the People & Culture Group Director, this national role sits within a Leadership team who drive people initiatives As the Head of Reward & Reporting, every day is different You'll make an impact by: Leading the Remuneration & Bonus review, ensuring remuneration benchmarking and market assessments Designing & delivering a data & experience centric reporting strategy that creates insights and enables business decision making. Translating external market insights and employment trends into tangible and impactful employee experiences Fostering exceptional stakeholder relationships, including at the Executive level, that create advocacy for the Reward & Reporting and broader P&C agenda. Creating innovative non-remuneration benefit models that improve the employee experience. Being part of and leading team members to drive high performance, creating impactful and meaningful solutions for our team and our clients. About you.
