Credit Analyst & Experience Loan Processor/Broker Assistant We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Analyst & Experience Loan Processor/Broker Assistant to join one of Australia’s top brokerages. The Role: Loan processing & packaging Communicating with clients, lenders & legal professionals Managing the loan process from lead to post-settlement Drafting and managing internal and external communications Diary and email management & general assistant duties where needed Data entry into Salestrekker and Apply Online Preparing Compliance Documentation for proposed loans where required Lodging loan applications & following up lenders where required Organising valuations and pricing approvals with lenders Booking & organising settlements with the clients, solicitors, & lenders Ensuring all settled files are compliant The Candidate: Minimum of 2 years loan packaging & processing experience (for a Mortgage Broking business) LoanApp experience Salestrekker experience (highly desirable but not crucial) Ability to review and interpret income documentation to assess client serviceability Ability to manage a high-volume workload & work well in stressful situations Ability to prioritise Think proactively Provide a high standard of customer service Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team The Salary: $80K + Super Base Commission The Benefits: Being a member of Australia’s no 1 independent brokerage Office in North Sydney close to the train line & metro with views of the harbour Excellent social environment Flexibility available for the right person Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
