We’re looking for a Head of Growth to shape, lead, and deliver the digital revenue strategy across all markets bringing creativity, commercial rigour, and a customer-first mindset to a business that’s redefining its category. The Opportunity Reporting to the Founder and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, this role will own the global growth agenda, driving acquisition, conversion, and retention across a rapidly scaling eCommerce and retail ecosystem. You’ll lead a talented in‑house team across eCommerce, CRM, paid media, and content, while managing agency partners and multimillion‑dollar performance budgets. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for a data‑driven growth leader who thrives in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment. What You’ll Be Doing Own and execute the growth and revenue strategy across digital and omnichannel Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels Optimise the Shopify Plus experience and conversion funnels across AU and US markets Build and scale lifecycle programs across email, SMS, and CRM to lift retention and LTV Introduce experimentation and A/B testing frameworks to drive continuous optimisation Translate data into action forecasting revenue, identifying trends, and driving commercial decisions Collaborate with Product, Retail, and Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns and new market launches Build, coach, and empower a high‑performing digital and growth team About You You’re a strategic yet hands‑on digital leader with a deep understanding of performance, data, and brand. You love building scalable systems, leading creative experimentation, and turning growth challenges into commercial wins. You’ll bring 8–10+ years in growth, performance marketing, or eCommerce leadership Proven success scaling D2C or lifestyle brands through rapid growth Deep knowledge of Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Suite, and CRO tools Strong analytical mindset and experience with LTV:CAC modelling A balance of creative storytelling and data‑led decision making Experience managing teams and agencies within a fast‑paced, founder‑led business Exposure to international market expansion, particularly the US, highly regarded Why This Role Be part of a fast‑scaling brand with global ambitions Work directly with a founder who values innovation and creativity Lead a talented team across digital, performance, and CRM What’s Next We’re shortlisting now with a view to commencing interviews before Christmas.
