Head of Digital – General Pants We’re on the hunt for a Head of Digital to lead the digital strategy at General Pants . In this role, you’ll drive our online presence, create and execute strategies that ensure a consistent and impactful message across all platforms, and manage key partnerships to help drive our success. You’ll work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to deliver a cohesive, on‑brand experience while staying aligned with business objectives. The role you will play Oversee digital budgets, delivering on KPIs across digital initiatives & agreed ROI targets Optimize website performance, conversion rate, and customer retention Implement data‑driven strategies to drive online revenue growth Develop and oversee digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement Monitor trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to stay ahead of trends Collaborate with IT and tech teams to improve website infrastructure and UX Manage and mentor the digital team, fostering a culture of creativity and efficiency About you Clear and concise communication skills Results focused with proven strategies to increase sales Problem‑solving ability with exceptional attention to detail; able to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment Experience within a multi‑branded, omni‑channel retail business is highly regarded Experience with drop shipping & marketplace is highly regarded About us Alquemie Group creates a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes individuality and entrepreneurial spirit.
