The opportunity As the Head of Digital & eCommerce you will: Create an iconic digital experience, making our online store as unforgettable as our product by owning UX/UI across web and mobile, driving innovation, emotion and conversion. Drive digital growth & revenue through performance, CRM and onsite channels while improving contribution margins and ROI. Build & execute an always‑on, high impact digital strategy aligned with our brand ambition. Build, develop and retain a high performance digital team, creating a culture of innovation, experimentation, performance and ownership. Partner closely with key stakeholders including brand, product and creative to deliver high performing, storytelling‑led campaigns. Lead the digital strategy for product drops, campaigns, influencer moments, and seasonal activations. Own the analytics from revenue to retention. Use insights to drive smarter spend, deeper engagement and stronger ROI. You are A passionate, digital/eCommerce strategic leader who leads with clarity, vision, humility and accountability with the ability to empower and develop your team to reach business goals. Innovative in your thinking, with the ability to test and learn and develop global digital strategies which are best in class and leading in the industry. Technically sound with strong knowledge depth across performance marketing, ecommerce operations and trade and CRM channels. Commercially astute with proven experience in delivering high growth and revenue in a direct to consumer business. What’s in it for you?
