The Role Architect, design and build solutions that solve real business pain points. Collaborate with consultants and clients to translate needs into scalable systems. Lead technical decisions and mentor junior developers on your team. Transition into OutSystems development with full support and training. Create and maintain solution architecture and other related technical documents. Act as a trusted advisor, leading workshops and translating requirements into actionable solutions. Drive Innovation by introducing new ideas, frameworks, and technologies that elevate client capabilities. Collaborate with DB Results’ R&D team to create innovative re‑usable industry solutions and accelerators. Who You Are 4+ years of professional full stack development experience building enterprise digital applications. Background with one or more technologies: .Net, C#/ASP.Net, PHP, Java, NodeJS, Angular, React. Experience with front‑end technologies, SQL knowledge and experience with Oracle or MS SQL. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Passionate about solving business problems through technology. A lateral thinker who challenges assumptions and proposes better ways. A big‑picture thinker who can connect dots across technology, business, and strategy. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Previous leadership experience will be highly regarded. Ability to design end‑to‑end solutions and manage technical risks whilst being technology agnostic. No OutSystems experience? No problem. You’re hungry to learn and lead in a new space.
