Join us today and become part of something truly special Base pay range : A$120, / yr - A$160, / yr Watch the Video on why DB Results is a great place to work : watch?v=g66JgRO6ZN4 Responsibilities Consult with customers to determine, analyse and evaluate their specific business requirements Hands‑on or leadership in design and development of high‑quality solutions to meet clients' needs Provide guidance, coaching and advice to less experienced consultants Arrange and facilitate presentations, testing and demonstrations in solution offerings Plan and coordinate the resources necessary to successfully complete solution implementation Identify and provide recommendations for enhancements across applications, performance and / or quality Qualifications Solid background in application development across digital (web & mobile) using Outsystems V 11 OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC) platform experience and knowledge is highly preferred Full stack .Net development background would be ideal Web development experience with front end technologies such as : HTML / CSS / JS Experience with one or more of the backend server frameworks : C# / ASP.Net, PHP, Java, NodeJS, Angular, React SQL knowledge and experience with Oracle or MS SQL Previous team leadership experience and passion for guiding, mentoring and developing people Ability to design and implement well‑architected solutions and understanding software design patterns Solid understanding of web technologies : HTTP, client / server cycle Have excellent communication skills, be self‑motivated and driven to learn Passion for Technology and all things Digital Desire to make a difference and influence outcomes and ideas Be a critical thinker and problem solver Be a fast learner and adaptable to change Ability to multitask and work on internal and client digital projects Good working knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with CI / CD methodologies Certified OutSystems Professional / Reactive Developer or other OutSystems certificates will be highly regarded You must have Australian Citizenship or PR and willing to undergo a police check Additional Flexible working arrangements may be available depending on customer and business requirements.
