30+ years in personal care and skincare/cosmetics manufacturing Family-owned and operated Australian business on the Northern Beaches of Sydney Fast growing company Creator and manufacturer of several in-house brands now distributed internationally About the Role We are seeking a reliable, responsible and motivated Warehouse Storeman & Forklift Operator to join our team. The role requires good communication and teamwork skills and strong attention to detail. Proven forklift experience is required. You will play a key role in maintaining safety, efficiency, and organisation across our warehouse and yard, while supporting the warehouse and production supervisors and team as required. Key Responsibilities Safely and efficiently load/unload trucks, semi-trailers, and shipping containers using a forklift Preparing items and pallets of goods for dispatch Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality against shipping documents Organise and store goods in designated locations Maintain warehouse and yard cleanliness, safety, and efficiency as a priority Support Warehouse & Production Supervisors as required, which may include assisting in the factory, packing, or organising stock Skills & Experience Valid forklift licence with high-reach forklift experience Experience in warehouse, inventory or production / factory is highly regarded Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 25kg, and perform physically demanding tasks when required Must have full Australian working rights – sponsorship is not available for this role Ideally resides within 45 minutes of our Cromer manufacturing site Reports to: Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor Casual position. We anticipate offering regular shifts Monday–Friday (approx. 8:00am–5:00pm) during the peak period leading up to Christmas. Actual hours may vary based on operational needs. Pay rate will be based on experience Note: The factory will be closed from 22 December to 8 January for the Christmas break Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
