Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Storeman with High Reach Forklift Experience to join our dynamic team in Dandenong. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling and storage of products. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management : Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming goods. Perform regular stock takes and maintain inventory records. Order Fulfillment : Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch to customers. Forklift Operation : Safely operate high reach forklifts to move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse. Logistics Coordination : Assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, liaising with transport providers as needed. Warehouse Maintenance : Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to safety standards. Conduct regular equipment checks and report any maintenance needs. Team Collaboration : Work closely with other warehouse staff and management to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Requirements: Experience : Proven experience as a warehouse storeman, with a strong background in high reach forklift operation. Certification : Valid forklift license, including certification for high reach forklifts. Skills : Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical Fitness : Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items. Communication : Good verbal and written communication skills.
