Customer Banking Specialist - Esperance 20hrs/week We are looking for a Customer Banking Specialist to join our Esperance Branch on a part time, 20 hour per week basis You will be joining one of our Multi Channel Branches Part time - 20hr per week permanent roster; 9:15am -1:15pm Monday to Friday What is a Multi Channel Branch? Between 9:30-1pm: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquiries & transactions. After 1pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment. Together we deliver a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers.
