Creative Co. is a dynamic cabinetmaking & interior design company based on the Sunshine Coast, delivering high‑quality kitchens, bathrooms and custom joinery. We are a small, close‑knit team who value craftsmanship, attention to detail and a positive work culture. We believe in work‑life balance and operate a 4‑day work week (Monday–Thursday, 6am–3:30pm) with some overtime as required. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Cabinetmaker who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a supportive, professional environment. About the Role We are seeking a qualified Cabinetmaker who can work confidently across all aspects of cabinetry — from factory builds to occasional on‑site work — with a strong focus on quality and detail. This role includes: Building custom cabinetry to a high standard Reading and interpreting plans and construction drawings Operating panel saws, edgebanders & CNC machinery Occasional on‑site work to finish or install components Heavy lifting and manual handling (materials, panels, loading/unloading) Working collaboratively with our team to deliver projects efficiently About You We’re looking for someone who is skilled, motivated and aligned with our values. You will bring: A trade qualification in cabinetmaking Strong experience in residential joinery and custom builds Ability to confidently operate panel saw, edgebander & CNC Great attention to detail and pride in workmanship A willingness to assist with site work when requiredAbility to safely handle heavy lifting A proactive attitude and reliability A willingness to share knowledge with other cabinetmakers and apprentices You must have: Your own tools A valid driver’s licence Preferred but not essential: Forklift licence Why Join Us?
