We’re LJM Tiny Homes – an award-winning , bespoke tiny house construction company with over 6 years of experience in the industry. Based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, we’re a passionate, close‑knit team dedicated to building beautiful, high‑quality tiny homes that redefine modern, sustainable living. As a young, motivated team , we pride ourselves on craftsmanship, innovation, and making a real impact in the tiny home space. Every home we build is unique, and we’re on the lookout for someone equally unique to join us. We’re seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Cabinetmaker / Shopfitter who can bring a high level of craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail to our custom projects. This is not just another factory job, it’s a chance to apply your skills in a creative, hands‑on environment. Qualifications & Experience Qualified Cabinetmaker with experience with bespoke cabinetry A keen eye for detail and a passion for high‑quality finishes Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and work independently Versatility – we’re a small team, so being flexible and willing to jump in where needed is a must A strong work ethic and a positive, team‑oriented attitude with proven self‑management skills Experience in tiny homes, RVs, boats, or custom builds (a bonus, but not required) Queensland Driving Licence Tasks & Responsibilities Under the guidance of the Operations Manager, support the Cabinetry department and ensure each project aligns with the production schedule. Construct and install custom, flat‑pack cabinetry tailored to each tiny home, working from plans and ensuring the highest standard of craftsmanship and finish. Coordinating with other trades to ensure smooth workflow across departments. Maintaining a clean, organised workspace and keeping tools and equipment well‑kept. Managing cabinetry hardware and stock levels between builds. Performing quality checks, including final detailing, sealing, and defect identification. Supporting general maintenance needs within the cabinetry area. Assisting other departments when required to help the team meet production targets and maintain our reputation as an award‑winning tiny home builder . This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who values precision, takes pride in their work, and enjoys contributing to a high‑performing team. Your experience and positive impact will be a vital part of our continued growth as an award‑winning leader in the tiny home industry . You'll be based in our centrally located Sunshine Coast factory , working consistent hours with an early start and finish : Monday–Thursday: 5:30am–3:00pm Friday: Knock off at 9:30am — giving you a head start on the weekend #J-18808-Ljbffr
