Oceanview Cabinets, established in 2010, is a well-regarded cabinetry business serving well-established building and construction companies and private clients across Queensland and New South Wales. We specialise in creating high-quality joinery products, including kitchens, vanity cabinets, custom doors, and furniture. Based in Kunda Park on the Sunshine Coast, we handle projects spanning from Bundaberg to Ballina, NSW. Due to our expanding workload, we seek a skilled, trade-qualified Cabinet Maker to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Cabinetry, be based in Australia, and possess a passion for producing top-quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Interpret joinery and architectural drawings to guide production Operate machinery and hand tools to high standards of precision Assemble cabinets according to specifications, ensuring top-quality results Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines Work on a variety of projects, ranging from project homes to custom cabinetry Experience with panel saws is advantageous Requirements Must hold a Certificate III in Cabinet Making (essential) Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or in a similar role Strong knowledge of cabinet construction methods and materials Proficiency in woodworking techniques and machinery operation High attention to detail and precision in all aspects of work Ability to work both independently and within a team Forklift license (desirable but not required) Clean driving record and reliable transportation Construction Blue/White Card (required) Well-maintained power tools Unrestricted right to work in Australia – Permanent residency Competitive salary based on experience.
