As a ? ??????? ? ??????? you’ll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring creativity, consistency, and quality across every service. You’ll lead by example, from hands‑on cooking to mentoring your team and maintaining strong cost and quality controls. ?????? ? ??????????????????????????????? Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service, staff supervision, and consistent quality. Preparing and cooking food Collaborate with management on menu design, specials, and promotional events. Oversee stock control, supplier management, and food cost targets. Ensure quality and presentation of all foods. Training and developing kitchen staff. Manage staff rosters to ensure efficient coverage and optimal workflow. Analyse food costings and operational budgets to achieve required profit margins. Receiving & storing food stocks, kitchen supplies and equipment Advising on cooking procedures and demonstrating techniques Discussing food preparation issues with senior management Maintaining quality, preparation and presentation of dishes quality Implementing systems & procedures Implement, explain and enforcing hygiene regulations & secure workplace. Select and train staff. Freeze and preserve foods. Key Qualities Certificate in Commercial Cookery , Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
