Mid-Level Graduate or Revit Technician for Multi-Residential Project Great opportunity for a capable mid-level Architect or Architectural Technician to join a national Brisbane studio With a steady pipeline of multi-residential and seniors living projects, this role will suit someone confident in Design Development and documentation, with strong Revit capability and a collaborative team‐based approach. This position offers the chance to work closely with seniors and Project Leaders in an established and supportive multidisciplinary team – With immediate start available Key Responsibilities Contribute to design development and documentation across multi-residential (and seniors living) typologies Produce a well-coordinated Revit model, drawings and details through DD and CD stages Assist with consultant coordination and technical problem-solving Support seniors through workshops, client meetings, briefings and design review Maintain accuracy and consistency across project deliverables Skills & Experience Equivalent of 4 – 8 years’ local experience in an architecture studio Strong Revit skills (Essential) Experience in multi‑residential or seniors living typologies highly regarded Solid understanding of BCA/NCC Confident communicator, able to work both independently and within a team Detail‑focused and organised Benefits & Culture Join a respected national practice with a diverse project portfolio Supportive studio culture with approachable leadership Opportunity to work on meaningful projects Brisbane CBD studio – Interviewing now #J-18808-Ljbffr
