You’ll be the driving force behind our Byron Bay store, leading a vibrant mix of staff and volunteers to create a welcoming space where every sale helps make a difference. You’ll manage daily operations, budgets, stock, merchandising and, most importantly, ensure every customer and volunteer feels valued. This is a role that combines community impactwith business smartsand a healthy dose of Byron charm. Your Responsibility Lead a passionate team of staff and volunteers, building confidence, connection and fun. Keep the store thriving through smart roster, great merchandising and excellent service. Create beautiful, high quality displays that reflect the vibe of Byron Bay. Foster a safe, inclusive and positive environment for everyone who walks through the door. Deliver outstanding results while making a real difference in the local community. You Will Need Experience leading a retail store or similar, fashion or op-shop experience a plus Strong people skills where you can inspire and motivate a diverse team. A creative eye for merchandising and an understanding of what makes customers tick. Great financial and organisational skills (you know your way around a budget).
