Construction Site Supervisor — 6-Unit Duplex Development Location: Orange, NSWEmployment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate all on-site works for a 6-unit duplex residential development in Orange NSW. The supervisor will oversee daily site operations, subcontractors, materials, safety, and quality control to ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to NSW building standards. Key Responsibilities Daily On-Site Management Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce activity Maintain daily site diaries, progress photos, and reporting Coordinate material deliveries, storage, and equipment Maintain an organised, clean, and secure site Trade & Construction Coordination Coordinate and sequence subcontractors (concrete, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing etc.) Conduct daily site walk-throughs and progress checks Communicate clearly with trades to maintain workflow Support the Project Manager with schedule updates Quality Control & Compliance Inspect work to ensure compliance with construction drawings, specs, and NCC code requirements Identify defects early and manage rectification Coordinate with certifier, engineers, and council inspections where required Safety & Risk Management Enforce WHS compliance and safe work practices Conduct toolbox meetings and site inductions Maintain incident / near‑miss reporting Reporting / Admin Provide daily progress reports to Project Manager Submit timesheets, delivery dockets, and variation notes Escalate delays or risk items early Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3 years construction site supervision experience (residential / duplex / townhouse preferred) Strong knowledge of NSW residential construction sequencing Ability to read building plans & technical drawings Strong communication and coordination skills White Card mandatory NSW driver’s licence & reliable vehicle WHS training / First Aid preferred but not essential Attributes Proactive — stays ahead of issues Strong leadership and communication Detail‑focused with quality mindset Able to manage multiple trades in parallel Compensation To be discussed based on experience.
