Senior Recruitment Business Partner at ManpowerGroup Australia Our client, a global leader in IT services and consulting, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Business Partner (currently living in Canberra or Melbourne) to join their existing internal recruitment team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a critical role focused on end-to-to-end recruitment of security-cleared IT and tech professionals across Canberra and Sydney. Key Responsibilities Lead full cycle recruitment for urgent, security‑cleared roles including Solution Architects, Data Specialists, Cyber Security experts and more Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic sourcing solutions Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding Maintain compliance with security clearance protocols and government standards About You Australian Citizen with a current baseline security clearance (essential) Be available to commence in the role at short notice Deep understanding of security clearance processes and requirements Proven experience recruiting in the IT / tech sector ideally within government or defence‑aligned environments Previous experience with Workday and / or Phenom systems (highly desirable) Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced, high demand environment Why apply?
