Come, share your passion, and start your journey with us In a nutshell, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all the property's rooms, grounds, facilities, and common areas. Job Description Perform general maintenance and repairs in the hotel Assist the Maintenance Manager in the day-to-day maintenance requirements of the hotel Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and service areas are in excellent working order Carry out maintenance requirements and follow up as scheduled by the Hotels’ Property Management System (PMS) Assist in keeping up-to-date records on the repair and maintenance of plant and equipment Conduct regular inspections of hotel equipment, machinery, and systems to identify potential issues Ensure all tasks are performed with urgency and in the safest manner possible Assist in managing 3rd party contractors Communicate effectively with hotel staff to address urgent maintenance concerns Qualifications Excellent communication skills Comfortable in a physical role; have a get-up-and-go attitude with a strong eye for detail Self-motivated, punctual and reliable, with a proactive approach to work Basic knowledge of general repair work or DIY Competent in the use of basic computer programs Workplace Health and Safety knowledge Ability to accommodate flexibility with shifts, including weekends Previous handyman/maintenance experience in a hotel or guest service environment preferred Additional Information In return we will offer you… ALL Heartist Membership – Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwide Family & Friends Discounts – Available on a range of accommodation, services, and events for those who mean the most to you Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Loyalty Program – Earn status & reward points on your worldwide stays Learn Your Way – Support your career development with access to Accor’s industry-leading training platforms An opportunity to be part of a fun and supportive team who love what they do Do you want to apply?
