Pure Craft Constructions is a boutique Chinese construction company delivering architecturally designed residential projects across Sydney's North Shore and Eastern Suburbs. Our work includes luxury new homes, duplexes, townhouses, and high-end renovations and extensions. As a result of significant project wins and ongoing organic growth, we are seeking an Junior Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic Sydney team. You will be mentored by a T2 construction background Director as well as experienced Project Managers. Responsibilities Assisting with the planning, coordination and delivery of construction projects Manage procurement packages, purchase orders, supplier coordination and subcontract engagement. Monitoring project progress and budgets, and providing regular updates to key stakeholders Identifying and resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company policies Providing support to the project management team as required Qualifications Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin. Native level fluency in Mandarin is required for this position. Minimum 1 year working experience in a construction company. Specific contract administration experience within the construction industry is required. Tertiary qualification in project management, construction management, engineering or architecture. Strong organisational and time management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with project management software including MS Office, Bluebeam etc. Valid Australian work visa is required for this role.
