Position: Junior Contracts Administrator Location: Sydney Salary: $90k – $100k + Super About the Client Our client is a dynamic, award‑winning construction and fit‑out specialist operating across commercial, industrial, retail, education, hospitality and aged‑care sectors. Their work includes new builds, fit‑outs and remediation projects across NSW and nationally. Role Overview We are seeking a driven Junior Contracts Administrator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join a supportive and fast‑paced project delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your CA career while gaining exposure to diverse fit‑out projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare and administer subcontractor packages, scopes, purchase orders and variation documentation. Support procurement processes and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants. Assist with project cost tracking, budgeting, progress claims, variations and monthly reporting. Maintain accurate registers, compliance documents and project files. Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Site Teams to support smooth end‑to‑end delivery. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Contracts Administrator or Assistant CA role within construction or fit‑out. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills. Experience with subcontract administration, procurement, budgeting and documentation control. Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work collaboratively within a project team. Motivated, proactive and committed to progressing your CA career.
